English | A one-page proposal before confirming the guest
For an overseas fan event at a resort in Korea, the first decision is not necessarily the talent booking. It is whether the organizer and the venue can understand the fan experience, business objective, requested support, and approval conditions from one concise brief. This is a planning framework, not an announcement of an approved event.
Four questions for the first proposal
- Fan promise: What will attendees actually experience beyond watching a stage performance? Mark photos, autographs, special access and licensed content as subject to approval.
- Organizer value: Is the priority community building, ticket sales, sponsor activation or testing demand for future events?
- Venue request: Which meeting space, accommodation, equipment, local operations or promotion would you like to discuss? Separate requested assistance from the organizer’s own costs.
- Approval gate: Who must approve the guest, venue, commercial terms, use of names and the start of ticket sales?
Illustrative one-page brief
Concept: an intimate overseas fan gathering with a Japanese voice-actor guest. Audience: a hypothetical 15–30 participants, with demand not yet validated. Experience: a talk session and resort-based interaction, with any photo or autograph opportunity subject to talent approval. Venue discussion: room availability, accommodation and operational support. Unconfirmed: talent, date, price, sponsor contribution and permissions. These are examples, not confirmed bookings or past results.
Six-stage approval sequence
Initial concept → proposal to the facility → feasibility and conditional support review → detailed scope, costs and responsibilities → audience promotion → event delivery. Neither sponsorship nor facility support should be advertised as secured before explicit approval.
FounderBank’s indicative production and one-night/two-day onsite accompaniment model starts at JPY 300,000 before tax, with talent, travel, venue and other expenses separately discussed. The final scope and quote depend on the project.
For a first discussion, send your organization, proposed talent category, fan experience, preferred period, estimated audience and budget, and requested facility assistance through our contact form. Please share a non-confidential outline only. No talent availability, venue approval or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
