短時間のステージに加えて、食事や交流などを組み合わせると、ファンが参加する理由を具体的に設計できます。ファウンダーバンクでは、韓国のリゾート施設との連携で、滞在中の体験を含めたファンイベントの相談を受け付けています。

企画例：トークと食事交流

初日に作品や活動の裏話を楽しむトーク、その後に食事の場を設ける構成です。食事会での出演時間や交流方法は、出演者の意向と運営体制に合わせて調整します。出演者と終日行動する企画を意味するものではありません。

企画例：ライブと翌日の振り返り

ライブと、翌日の短いアフタートークを組み合わせる案もあります。公演の感想や制作の話を共有することで、ライブとは異なる参加価値をつくります。宿泊・移動・出演者の拘束時間を含め、無理のないスケジュールが前提です。

価格は、体験と費用を積み上げて設計

高価格にすること自体が目的ではありません。出演料、会場費、制作費、食事、宿泊、運営などの費用と、参加者が得られる体験を照合します。航空券や移動費など、含まれるもの・含まれないものを明確にして募集します。

Planning a Stay-Based Fan Experience in Korea

A fan event does not need to end when the stage program ends. Combining a talk session with a meal or an optional exchange can make the experience more meaningful. FounderBank welcomes early discussions about co-produced fan events with a resort partner in Korea. These are concepts, not confirmed performances or venue bookings.

Concept A: Talk and Dining

A talk session about a performer’s work could be followed by a separate dining experience. The duration and format of any interaction must be agreed with the performer and the organizers. This does not imply that guests will spend the entire day with the performer.

Concept B: Live Performance and a Next-Day Talk

Another possible format combines a live show with a short discussion the following day. Any schedule must allow for reasonable travel, accommodation and performer working hours.

Design the Experience and Budget Together

Pricing should be based on the value of the experience and a realistic budget, including performer fees, venue and production costs, food, lodging, travel and staffing. Clearly distinguish what is included in the participant price and what is not.
