海外イベントを検討するとき、最初から大規模なライブ会場を想定すると、集客や制作費の見通しが立たず止まりがちです。韓国のリゾート施設との連携では、小〜中規模の会場を活用する方向も含めて企画を検討できます。会場の利用条件や最低人数は案件ごとの確認となります。
少人数だからこそ設計できる交流
例えば、トークと質問コーナー、食事を楽しみながらの交流、作品づくりの話を聞く会など。出演者が対応できる範囲を確認し、参加者全員が楽しめる構成を考えます。接触や撮影、個別対応などは出演者側の許諾を前提とします。
フォロワー数より、参加の見通しを
検討したいのは、実際に海外へ足を運ぶ可能性があるファンの人数、参加しやすい時期、希望する体験、予算感です。普段のイベント参加状況やファンクラブの反応を材料に、無理のない規模を探ります。

Small Fan Events in Korea: Start With a Realistic Audience
An overseas fan event does not have to begin with a large concert. FounderBank is exploring small- to medium-scale fan gathering concepts with a resort partner in Korea. Venue availability, minimum attendance and other conditions must be confirmed for each proposal.
Design an Experience That Works for the Guest and Fans
Possible formats include a talk session, audience questions, a conversation about the creative process or a shared dining experience. These are examples for discussion, not confirmed programs. Photography, personal interaction and other guest-related activities require agreement with the performer and their representatives.
Estimate Attendance, Not Just Follower Counts
Consider how many fans might actually travel internationally, which dates they could attend, what experience they would value and what budget is realistic. Past event participation and feedback from fan communities can inform an initial estimate.
How to Start a Proposal
You can begin with a potential guest, a preferred period and a rough range of expected attendees. A complete event proposal is not required for an initial discussion. The venue, costs and feasibility would be assessed against the resort’s conditions; neither an event nor financial support is guaranteed.
